Heartland Country Music.

Clayton Ryan has built his inimitable, homegrown voice from various stages across the Midwest. Intentional with both old-school sound and unique Midwestern storytelling, the bellowing Minnesota singer's universe is built from blue-collar soil and down-home sense.  His first release Ghost Town, navigates through Stapleton-esque soul on songs like the romantic "Wild Man" or the anthemic title track, while seeking neo-traditional outlaw status in tracks like "Locked Up, Locked Down" or the funky "Mountain Time."

Despite his flyover roots, the singer and songwriter has built a strong foundation in the music industry, and his work as a songwriter, performer, and multi-instrumentalist in LA and Nashville has put his songs in NASCAR, Walker, NFL Sunday Night Football, The Outdoor Channel, and landed the electric performer on stages with artists including John Morgan, John Michael Montgomery, Jo Dee Messina, Koe Wetzel, Flatland Cavalry, and Liam St John.

His debut album GHOST TOWN  has been streamed over 100,000 times, and the title track was included on The Current's "Top 89 Tracks of 2024." His Whiskey Jam debut included one of only a handful of encores in its 1000-show history. Since August of 2024, he has toured over 75 dates across the country in the band's minivan, documenting the hustle of an unsigned DIY artist in the modern age with his YouTube series "With The Wild Man," created by Casey Carlson.  Season 3 premiered September 22nd.

Clayton is currently touring extensively while working on his sophomore album, to be announced in October.

"First of all, Clayton Ryan has a fantastic voice. Just this huge bellow, this vibrato that just resonates... It's ridiculous."

- Pretty Fort Weekly

"The lost art of the story song. I could almost hear Gordon Lightfoot singing this."

- Marcus Hummon, Grammy-Award Winning Songwriter

"Simply put, Ryan is the kind of singer-songwriter Americana and roots music needs right now. He’s that good."

- B Sides & Badlands
